Presence Patrol
A presence patrol moves beyond the wire to make one message clear: we are here. Its visible presence can deter threats while reassuring local civilians that protection is close at hand.

A veteran, first responder, painter and mental-health advocate, James founded the gallery after discovering firsthand how art could support healing from service-related trauma.
“Those who serve carry unseen wounds. Through art, we help them speak, heal and thrive.”
His vision was to build a safe space that did more than display artwork—a place that could create connection, recognition and meaningful transformation.

Creative expression can help participants process feelings and build healthier forms of regulation.
Shared creative experiences reduce isolation and create community among peers, families and supporters.
Making and sharing artwork can help participants reconnect with identity, confidence and personal meaning.
